Treatment: In the past, most people thought that braces were 'just for kids'. In fact, adults as well as children can benefit from braces. Our adult patients usually choose cosmetic (clear) braces, mini-braces, lingual (invisible) braces on the inside of their teeth or no braces at all (Invisalign clear aligners).We also offer the Invisalign system, which straightens teeth without wires, brackets or braces, using a series of clear, customized, removable appliances called aligners.

Early Interceptive Treatment

Phase I/II treatment

Specific younger patients benefit from an early first phase of treatment to lessen or eliminate more complex treatment later. This involves the use of functional appliances to enhance facial growth, or plates and braces to move specific teeth. The final phase of full braces allows maximum control to gain the ideal occlusion (bite) & smile.

Many still think of braces as the large metal type but modern braces can be crystal clear. They are most suited where Invisalign is not suited or where the extra cost of Invisalign or lingual braces is a concern. For adults and kids the choice is clear. Clarity Braces perform as good as they look. No staining or discoloration. Lets your smile show through.

Aesthetic Alternatives

Invisalign System

The nearly invisible way to straigthen your teeth. It involves a series of removable clear plastic aligners to align your teeth. It is suitable for many adult and some mid-teen patients and is comfortable to wear. Each set of aligners is worn full-time for about two weeks, removing them to eat, drink, brush and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth move - little by little, week by week - until they are straight. Not every case is suitable so Dr Phang will determine if Invisalign is right for you.
