ImageOrthodontics: Scheduling

Information About Scheduling: For your convenience our office is open Monday thru Thursday from 9am to 6pm. For after-hours emergencies Dr. Phang or Celeste can be reached by calling the office and leaving a message or calling the after-hours pager.

Initial Consultation

First visit

Consultation visits can be schelduled at your convenience, however walk-ins are welcomed. During your initial visit, a thorough facial and dental examination is undertaken to determine whether treatment is indicated. These findings will be related to you in detail (in our office we use computerised imaging to help give you a visual simulation of the preferred outcome). Your orthodontist will be happy to answer any questions you may have, so that you feel completely at ease.

Records Appointment

Taking Orthodontic Records

Orthodontic records, consisting of photos, x-rays and study models, are necessary to do a proper diagnosis and treatment plan for your braces. In most cases, these records can be taken immediately following the consultation visit. Once your treatment has started, you will usually be visiting the orthodontist every 2 to 6 weeks for adjustments depending on the appliance and technique used.
